STAT 657 Nonparametric Statistics
(3:3:0). Prerequisite.STAT 652 or STAT 654 or
equivalent. Nonparametric procedures for two or more samples (independent as well as
correlated), tests of significance and estimation methods, independence problems with nominal
and rank data, comparison of parametric versus nonparametric methods. Emphasis is on
application of nonparametric techniques to data.
